Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Sorry, at this time we do not accept personal or cashiers checks.
Sales Tax
Within California, 8.25% sales tax applies. No sales tax on out-of-state orders.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days via your choice of UPS Ground or Air, or Priority Mail through the US Postal Service.
Shipping rates vary depending on the size/weight of your order, and your location. A handling fee of $2.50 applies to all orders.
Shipping Notification
Upon submitting your order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another e-mail notifying you of the shipment and tracking information. You may use information to reference when you want to find status and estimated delivery time of your package at www.ups.com or www.usps.com
Rush Orders
Rush orders are available upon request. If you require your order to be rushed, please e-mail or call 925.944.1967 to arrange. There will be an additional charge of $7.00 for rush orders.
International Orders
At this time we are shipping only within the Continental U.S.
Returns
We accept returns, and will issue refunds according to the following:
If you would like to request a refund, please call 925.944.1967 or e-mail us at info@24carrotlane.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will then process your request and, if approved, issue a return approval code. Please note that no refunds will be issued without an approval code.
Once you receive the code, please repack items in their original packaging along with original packing slip, and ship back to us at the address we will provide you.
For your protection, we suggest that you send your return via UPS, or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost or damaged in shipping.
Original shipping/handling costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs must be paid by customer, unless 24 Carrot Lane has sent an item in error.
Returns/refunds are not possible if customer does not follow original assembly instructions, or alters the item in any way. Also, we cannot provide a refund for items that have been used, or are in poor condition.
Cancellations
An order may be cancelled via telephone or e-mail up to the time the order is shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders Damaged in Shipping
If your package arrives and appears to have been damaged in transit, please call or e-mail us and we will arrange for inspection and pick-up by the carrier. You must keep all original packaging and contents so that we can file a claim with the shipping company. Once this is completed, we will reship your order at no charge.
